Job requirements：

Qualifications：

1. College degree or above, more than 8 years of production manager experience, team management experience; manufacturing, or LED lighting industry production management experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with the operation and process of the manufacturing department, good at production control and on-site management, proficient in all aspects of production and manufacturing;

3. Familiar with production cost control, coordinating operation, familiar with production quality control and management, familiar with ISO quality assurance system;

4. Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills.

5. Achieve departmental production goals, quality objectives, efficiency goals and 7S management requirements.

Mainly responsible for：

1. Responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional areas, formulating, participating in or assisting the implementation of relevant policies and systems;

2. Responsible for daily management and management, guidance, training and evaluation of subordinate employees;

3. Responsible for organizing the formulation, revision, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics;

4. Responsible for setting and implementing production schedule, quality control, reasonable manufacturing cost control, environmental control, etc.

5. Responsible for organizing related departments to continuously improve production equipment capacity and reduce manufacturing costs;

6.  Responsible and responsible, with strong execution and strong ability to withstand pressure; can recognize the company's corporate values.
